Korolevska stated that the bill
(Reg. No.8373) shall "restore open access to
the Single State Register of Legal Bodies
and Sole Proprietors and arrange conditions
for its use
in business intercourse."
Namely, it rejects the special print matter published by the special body on state registration that uses data from the Single State Register of Legal Bodies and Sole Proprietors.
Under the bill, open twenty-four-hour access to the data from Single State Register of Legal Bodies and Sole Proprietors shall be restored with the help of the Internet.
It envisages use of the only original copy of constituent document, this copy being kept by the state registrar.
The bill specifies and extends the register of individuals authorized to act on behalf of the legal body, as well as individuals whose data are being put into the register.
